SBAA Open Board Positions

Share your time & talents with St. Barnabas student athletes!

The St. Barnabas Athletic Association (SBAA) is looking for candidates for the following elected positions beginning June 1, 2018:
Secretary:  Serves as Parliamentarian of the Board and is responsible for keeping all books and record of the Association.   4 year term
Tournament Coordinator:  Works with the various sport coordinators to host several invitational tournaments throughout the year. Duties include sourcing, scheduling, managing, and overseeing all aspects of the tournament          to include interaction with CYO.    3 year term
Football Coordinator: Coordinates all matters related to football, including scheduling and post season activities.   3 year term
Soccer Coordinator: Coordinates all matters related to both girls and boys soccer, including scheduling and post season activities.    3 year term
Fundraising Coordinator: Coordinates fundraisers, obtains sponsorships and plans special events throughout the year.  3 year term
Uniforms Coordinator: Distributes uniforms to all sports teams and manages inventory of uniforms.    3 year term
Concessions Coordinator:  Manages concessions for all sports seasons; purchase and stock items for sale; schedule volunteers to run concessions; ensure that the health department and school policy requirements are met.      3 year term

All positions receive free sports for immediate family. SBAA is a great way to get involved with the parish!
