Instructional Aides assist classroom teachers by providing support and reinforcement working with individual students/small groups of students to maximize the potential of each student under the direction of the lead teacher.

Main Job Tasks:
reinforce lessons presented by the classroom teacher by reviewing material with students individually or in groups
provide additional learning support to students where identified
assist in monitoring & supporting the social/emotional needs of students
assist in maintaining the classroom environment in an organized & orderly manner to ensure an optimal learning experience for students assist with supervision of students
