St. Barnabas School is committed to making learning enjoyable. In-school and after school activities have always been an extension of the classroom. We offer a wide range of activities that enhance the academic program including athletics, arts programs and special clubs.
Band
The band is a group of musicans that operates among three levels including beginner, intermediate and advanced. We strive to develop well-rounded students with a comprehensive music education offered as early as 1st grade.
CYO Sports
St. Barnabas has a rich sports program. Students can participate in various CYO sports throughout the year. For more information on what is available, check out the Athletics pages.
Drama Club
The drama club explores several aspects of drama production through audition, rehearsal, and performance. Emphasis will be placed on building confidence and imagination, learning basic terminology, and developing sensory memory. Open to students from grades
Gymnastics Club
New in 2021, St. Barnabas School is teaming up with Learning Ladder Gymnastics to offer an after school gymnastics program. Learning Ladder Gymnastics is located right down the street at 9447 Olde Eight Road. An instructor will escort the children from school to the gymnastics facility where parents can pick up at after each class. Ski Club
Ski Club is available for skiers and snowboarders between the ages of 8 and 18. The program includes 4 hours of slope time per session, with up to 5 individual lessons, as well as a seasonal equipment rental.
Spanish Club
Students will have the opportunity to explore language and culture through this club, where they practice the language and learn what life is like around the Spanish-speaking world.
Yearbook Club
Yearbook Club is an opportunity for students to record, highlight, and commemorate the past year of a school.
