Ignite Gala & Auction Volunteer Opportunities
Classroom Auction Package Coordinators:
The 2023 Ignite Auction Committee needs your help! Our "Heartstrings" auction project and "Grade Basket" are always a crowd favorite at Ignite! This year we are seeking two(2) parent volunteers from EACH GRADE. ONE volunteer will be for the "Heartstrings" auction project and the SECOND parent volunteer will be in charge of the "Grade Basket."
"Heartstrings" Parent Volunteer - This auction item will be a grade wide project that will tug at the heartstrings! Each child in the grade will participate in this project. This volunteer is in charge of managing this project to its entirety with our help. These are items that all of the students have had a hand in creating or something that represents or showcases all of the students.
"Grade Basket" Parent Volunteer - This auction item will be a grade wide basket that will be parent driven. Each grade will be given a theme to work with and will ask for donations/monetary donations. The volunteer will be responsible for gathering donations for the basket and managing this project to its entirety with our help.

Event Volunteers:

Pre Event Setup Volunteers: Volunteers will be needed to help setup at 4:00 PM at the event center, Hilton Garden Inn on October 21st.
Event Volunteers: On the night of the event we need volunteers to help with auction items, check-in and on hand for any necessary help throughout the evening. More details to follow.
After Gala Wrap Up Committee: Serve on this committee and help to write thank you letters, send out tax statements and Ignite Gala statements. Much of this work is done at home so a great way to help from home.
