Current St. Barnabas students and parents are by far our best ambassadors, sharing positive experiences through simple word of mouth. St. Barnabas wants to reward current families for promoting our school to their family, friends, neighbors, and colleagues with our Partners In Faith Referral Program. This referral program rewards current families with a $250 tuition credit for each new student (Preschool-8th) they get to enroll at St. Barnabas Catholic School!  

WHAT IS THE NEW STUDENT REFERRAL PROGRAM? 

• The New Student Referral Program awards a current St. Barnabas Catholic School family with a $250 tuition credit for each new student in a new St. Barnabas Catholic School family that is referred to, enrolls in and attends St. Barnabas Catholic School. 

WHO CAN REFER AND RECEIVE THE REFERRAL CREDIT? 

• The referral program is open to parents or legal guardians who are paying tuition for currently enrolled students (Preschool through grade 8) at St. Barnabas Catholic School at the time of credit distribution.

• Current teachers and staff (with the exception of the Principal and Admissions staff) are also eligible to participate.  

IS THERE A LIMIT?

• There is no limit to the number of students that a current family may refer! Refer a new family to St. Barnabas Catholic School who enrolls two students and receive a $500 tuition credit; refer a new family that enrolls three students and receive a $750 tuition credit, etc.

WHO QUALIFIES AS A NEW STUDENT?

• To qualify, the student must be from a new family to St. Barnabas Catholic School, and cannot have had any children previously attend St. Barnabas Catholic School. 

HOW DO I REFER A NEW STUDENT? 

• To make a referral, complete the New Student Referral Form prior to, or concurrently when the New Family makes initial contact with St. Barnabas School.

• The New Family must also acknowledge who referred them either in the “How Did You Hear About Us” section of their paperwork or thru direct communication and confirmation to the Marketing and Admissions Coordinator.

WHAT DOES THE NEW FAMILY NEED TO DO, SO I GET CREDIT?  

• The New Family must also acknowledge who referred them to St. Barnabas in the “How Did You Hear About Us” section of their paperwork. 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE TUITION CREDIT? 

• Tuition credit for the family who made the referral will be applied to their FACTS account once the new family is enrolled.  Families who have an outstanding balance will receive their credit, less any outstanding balance owed.
