High School Scholarships

Several High School Scholarships are offered to our students by a number of St. Barnabas organizations, people of the parish family and the greater community. Each scholarship has specific qualifications. 
 

  • 50+ Club - $500 Scholarship open to eighth graders attending a Catholic High School
  • Knights of Columbus - Five $400 Scholarships open to eighth graders attending a Catholic High School
  • Athletic Association - Four $250 Scholarships and One $500 Athlete of Character Scholarship open to all eighth graders
  • Florence and Frank Kovach Memorial Scholarship - One $1000 Scholarship open to eighth graders attending a Catholic High School
  • Catholic War Veterans - Post #1812 - Eight $500 Scholarships open to eighth graders attending a Catholic High School
  • PTU Carol Henn Service Scholarship - Two $500 Scholarships open to all eighth graders who have completed at least 100 service hours this year.  Service hours must be completed between 6/1 of the previous year through 5/1 of the current year. 

Scholarship Applications are due in the spring to the eighth-grade homeroom teachers. More specific information is shared at that time.
