Whether they’re assembling trains or programming robots, one thing is clear – students participating in our Lego Clubs are gaining new, hands-on perspectives in STEM education.

Here at St. Barnabas, we offer two different clubs using Legos.

Lego Club is geared primarily toward students in grades 2 to 4, although staff have welcomed students as young as kindergarten. Once students join the club, our staff will lead them through various tasks and activities using Lego Kits and other resources.

Lego Robotics Club is geared toward students in grades 4 - 6. Lego Robotics provides rich, hands-on, standards-based STEM learning. When students work on robotics projects, they learn important science and math concepts, teamwork, and computer programming skills.
