Sponsorship Opportunities
The Ignite Gala sponsorships and program advertising play a vital role in the success of our largest annual fundraiser. By sponsoring the event, businesses and individuals gain prominent exposure to the St. Barnabas community, showcasing their support for Catholic education and local families. Sponsorships not only help cover event costs, allowing more proceeds to benefit our mission, but they also enhance the gala experience for attendees through high-quality programs, entertainment, and auction items. Supporting the Ignite Gala as a sponsor is a meaningful way to make a lasting impact while connecting with a dedicated and engaged community.
We have several sponsorship packages available:
Raffle Sponsor - $5,000:
The Raffle Sponsor is a prestigious sponsorship level, with the sponsor's name prominently highlighted and directly tied to the event and raffle in all marketing materials. This sponsorship includes all the benefits of the Platinum Sponsorship, along with exclusive recognition as the Raffle Sponsor. The 2025 Ignite Raffle is a $5,000 cash prize.
Platinum Sponsor - $3,000:
- 1 Table of 10 with priority dinner seating
- Brand Exposure Opportunities:
- Highlighted as a premier sponsor on all event communications
- Featured on all promotional materials: logo and link on Ignite emails
- Link on event website and banner logo
- Social media recognition
- Sponsorship Spotlight in Blazer Blast, the weekly eNews for school families. School distribution of 700 email addresses.
- Logo displayed on a banner for weeks leading up to the event.
- Highlighted as a premier sponsor on all event communications
- Event Recognition:
- Verbal acknowledgment during the event
- Logos on posters, in program and during slideshow
- Provided marketing materials from sponsors, such as flyers or brochures in bidder packets
- Full page ad in event program
- Post-event
- Email to both the school and the parish distributions. Parish email distribution of 2,500 email addresses
- Featured in the quarterly parish magazine mailed to all homes - 3,200 distribution
Silver Sponsor - $1,000:
- 4 tickets with priority dinner seating

Advertising Opportunities
Our Ignite Gala event program is distributed to all attendees and is a great way for a business or family to support Ignite. We offer full-page, half-page and business card-sized ads.
Centerfold Ad in Event Program: $650.00: Two full-page ads in the center of the Ingite Gala Event Program. Email digital ad files to ignite@barnabasohio.org. - SOLD OUT
Full Page Ad in Event Program $300.00: Your 5.5"w x 8.5"h vertical ad will be included in the Ignite Gala Event Program. Email digital ad file to ignite@barnabasohio.org.
Half Page Ad in Event Program $200.00: Your 5.5"w x 4.25"h horizontal ad will be included in the Ignite Gala Event Program. Email digital ad file to ignite@barnabasohio.org.
